MLK-18152-5 mx6sxsabreauto: Update board codes to align with v2018.03

Update DM PMIC settings and LDO bypass support.
Add BMODE support.
Add LVDS and LCD splash screen support
Add two ethernet controller support
Update environment settings
Add plugin support
