MLK-13188-2 dts: imx6ull: change the usdhc root clock to 396MHz

Due to the errata ERR010450 limit, this patch change the imx6ull
usdhc root clock to 132MHz in soc related dts file, remove all
the root clock setting in board dts file, after this patch,
SDR104/HS200 work at 132MHz, DDR50/DDR52 work at 33MHz.

Change the hardware reset gpio to 'GPIO6_IO15' for mipi dsi to
allow fec2 and mipi dsi can run at the same time. This needs
some hardware rework as follows:

    1. Replace R631 with 100K resistor;
    2. Remove D14, D24;
    3. Solder the Cathode of the diode to R471,
       you can use BAT54HT1(ONSEMI) or NSR0320MW2T1G(ONSEMI);
    4. Solder the wire to the Anode end of the diode;
    5. Scrape the solder mask(Green oil)  of the MIPI Reset via,
       then solder the end of the wire to the via.

Add pinctrls for usbotg1 and usbotg2 vbus control. This missing keeps
the vbus enable pin is high after power up, so vbus is on and otg port

MLK-10086-2 ARM: imx6: add dts entries for hsic controller

- Add usbphy_nop, hsic uses nop phy driver
- Add anatop phandle, hsic needs to access anatop register to
change osc clock for different boards
- Add phy_type, hsic needs to config PHY parameters at portsc
- For imx6q-arm2 board, hsic has pin conflict with ethernet, we create a
  dedicated dts(imx6q-arm2-hsic.dts) for it with ethernet disabled, besides
  please make sure keep the line of data and strobe unchanged between board
  boots up and enable hsic controller.

MLK-12757-3: ARM: dts: imx6ull-ddr3-arm2-emmc.dts: add eMMC support

For imx6ull-ddr3-arm2 board, eMMC and SD1 slot share usdhc1, so
this patch add another dts file imx6ull-ddr3-arm2-emmc.dts to
support eMMC.

eMMC data4~data7 share the same I/O domain with sd2, so this patch
only enable eMMC 4bit mode.

Due to the eMMC on imx6ull-ddr3-arm2 board support HS200 mode, and
need the VCCQ to be 1.8v, this patch keep usdhc vselect, let usdhc
to change the I/O voltage to 1.8v automatically. Otherwise, another
rework needed: remove R95, add R94.

MLK-12675 ARM: dts: imx: keep RTC enabled for software poweroff

SRTC needs to be kept enabled during system poweroff,
SNVS_LP control register bit 0 SRTC_ENV must be set
to enable RTC, for software poweroff, kernel just
read the register offset and value from dtb and write
to SNVS_LP control register to poweroff system, need
to make sure bit 0 SRTC_ENV is set to enable RTC during
system poweroff.

Previous setting did NOT enable it which will cause
RTC stop running if using software poweroff.

MLK-12573 ARM: dts: set LCD_nPWREN low to make VLCD_3V3 output 3V3.

Q901 (IRLML6401) is p-channel MOSET, need set pin1 (LCD_nPWREN) to low
to let pin3 output be 3V3. Normally when pin1 is high, then pin3
output should be gated. It was working previously due to some leakage.
Correct the enable logic from the software viewpoint.

MLK-12556 dts: i.mx6ul: configure the CMA region by default

CMA region is a must to avoid the multile memory mapping
for the DMAed memory and also benifit the large continuous
phisical memory allocation.

The default value is depend on the target system design and
user cases definition. This is not suitable to put this into
the soc.dtsi, thus we put it into the board DTS.

customer can override the value by changing cma size in DTS file.

Again, customer need set the CMA size correctly according to the
target system. The incorrectly CMA size can cause Linux kernel fail
to boot up.CMA disabled or CMA size set to zero is also not allowed.

MMC core pm_notify will re-detect card after system suspend/resume,

MLK-12433: arm: dts: imx: disable tempmon device when cpufreq is disabled

In the lpddr3-arm2-m4 dts, the I2C1 is disabled, so PMIC is disabled,
the cpufreq is not support. As thermal driver is depended on cpufreq
driver, if cpufreq is not support, the tempmon device can be disabled.

MLK-12077-4 dts: imx6: add cd-post property for BCM WiFi devices

BCM WiFi driver needs to take care of card detect by itself.
Using cd-post property to tell MMC core not detect card automatically
during host driver probe and post it until client driver tells it to
do it.
