MLK-12404-2 mmc: sdhci-esdhc-imx: change SLV_DLY_TARGET to value 0x7

Change SLV_DLY_TARGET to IC recommended value 0x7(4/1 cycle)
according to spec.
The old value 0x1 is not robust and may fail in some critical
circumstance.
