LF-1052: arch: arm64: dts: imx8mq: Limit lcdif BW

Limit the maximum allowed bandwidth for LCDIF due to HW limitation in
i.MX8MQ: LCDIF can dcan rive up to 720p60 because of DDR/NoC QoS issue.
