MLK-23574-25 arm: dts: imx8mm: Update iMX8MM DTSi and DDR4/LPDDR4 EVK DTS

Sync the DTSi file and DDR4/LPDDR4 EVK DTS with latest v5.10.y kernel.
Add nodes in display, flexspi, TMU, etc.
