MLK-23694-7 arm64: dts: imx8mp: add apb clock for blk-ctl@32ec0000

The mediamix block control module access requires the
'IMX8MP_CLK_MEDIA_APB_ROOT' clock to be enabled, so
add this clock to this device node.
