MLK-21663-1 arm64: fsl-imx8dx.dtsi: Minimize the range of dpu_intsteer region

This patch minimizes the range of dpu_intsteer to
204-byte(from 0x0 to 0xc8) to avoid exposing the
inaccessible registers via debugfs.
