ARM: imx_v7_defconfig: Disable CONFIG_FSL_OTP

This patch disable OTP driver. Now, we are using CONFIG_NVMEM_IMX_OCOTP
driver. Due to CONFIG_FSL_OTP config, thermal_zone0 sub directory was not
created under /sys/devices/virtual/thermal/.
