MLK-23669 arm64: dts: imx8qm: add pcieax2pciebx1 usecase

Different HSIO usecase may be used by customers.
- add PCIEAx2PCIEBx1 usecase for example.
Only verified PCIA one lane refer to the iMX8QM MEK and Baseboard
hardware limitation.
