MLK-21700-3 imx8mm: Switch to imx8m_clk_composite

This is a large change but realigns us with upstream is useful and make
git diff useful.

This was already done on imx8mq after that SOC was upstreamed.

Mixing dts and driver changes is intentional because changes only
compile together.
