MLK-21052-02 arm64: defconfig: Import imx_4.14.y defconfig

Copy from rel_imx_4.14.98_2.0.0_ga_rc1
Cycle through savedefconfig
Disable various drivers which don't compile
Enable ARCH_MXC and FEC
